Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Carnitas

1. Place the pork shoulder in the Rockcrok® Dutch Oven or in the Deluxe Multi Cooker (see Cook’s Tips for directions). Combine the Carnitas Slow Cooker Seasoning with the water and pour the mixture over the pork shoulder.

2. Place the Dutch oven into the Rockcrok® Digital Slow Cooker Stand and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or LOW for 8 hours.

3. Dice or pull apart the meat and serve it on tortillas with your favorite toppings.
